Important Information

SECTION 1 - CLG / CERTI LOGO

Just like many independent stores across the UK and beyond TET Clothing are now obliged to remove CLG tags from all C.P. Company Menswear products in order to protect the company and supplier.

In the United Kingdom the sale of C.P. Company is authorised through a UK distributer. The distributer and C.P. Company own the full rights to the brand in the UK as well as managing the price control of all products. The brand and partner company actively try and trace suppliers to completely shut down the external supply of C.P. Company as they want to restrict which businesses and where the brand can be sold.

SECTION 2 - RETURNS & POSTAGE

We will accept any item, unworn and still tagged, back to us within 14 days. Your order postage amount will not be refunded. Please detail on the returns slip if you would like a refund/exchange/credit note. Any products returned after the returns period will not be accepted. Please note any products that have been worn/washed cannot be returned to us unless there is a manufacturer's defect - this does not include the washing conditions of the garment. As all washing machines have different settings, we do not accept liability for a product that has a washing defect; this item cannot be returned.

SECTION 3. BLACK FRIDAY & END OF SEASON CLEARANCE 2025

Please note - All products purchased in our TET Black Friday Sale (27th November - 1st Dec) & End Of Season Clearance (1st Aug - 4th ) can only be returned for an exchange or credit note. This is due to new seasonal stock arriving and therefore stock being reduced to sale pricing.

TET Black Friday & End Of Season Clearance Sales returns information - On returns, we only allow for exchange or store credit. We have extended our returns period until 6/1/26 ( must be with us by this date ). Anything returned after this date will not be accepted.

SECTION 4 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

During a sale period we average around 2 months worth of orders within a 24 hour period meaning there is always a longer wait on items being dispatched. For UK orders you should expect your items to arrive within 5-10 working days. This can also be disrupted due to postal services opening and closing times during Christmas.

We have the most traffic during our sale in the first 30 minutes. This means if you ordered within the first few minutes of the sale beginning, there may have also been 1,000 other orders at the same time. We do try to ship orders in chronological order however sometimes this can be difficult given that there are nano seconds between orders.

Please note that our postal services work on a working day basis. We ask that all customers calculate all pending deliveries on a working day basis.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

C.P. Company and Stone Island products are sold with detachable parts e.g Badge/Lens/Goggles. There are elasticated pockets surrounding all C.P. Company Lens viewers and Goggles. Stone Island badges are attached by small buttons to each side. These parts should be removed when washing all garments. We cannot replace lost or stolen Lens/Goggles/Badges. We also ask that all customers take care when releasing popper closures to C.P. garments to release the Goggles (e.g. Caps etc) as the nature of the material is not intended for hard wear and tear.

SECTION 6 - TO AVOID RETURNS MEASURE PIT TO PIT

To avoid returns due to sizing issues, we highly recommend checking your pit-to-pit measurements before placing your order. You can easily check the sizing chart in the product description. If the measurements are not listed, we're always happy to provide them!

C.P. Company Items & Certi-Logo Cut

C.P. Company items sold through TET Clothing will have the Certi-Logo tag removed. This is due to the brand's policy where, like many independent stores across the UK, we are now requ

ired to remove the Certi-Logo tags from all C.P. Company Menswear products.

In the UK, C.P. Company is sold exclusively through a UK distributor, and the brand enforces strict price control and sales restrictions. This means we may not be able to sell certain items through unofficial channels and we must comply with these guidelines to ensure continued supply.
