RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy experience with TET Clothing, however if you need to return or exchange an item please send it back to us within 14 days of signature. Should you misplace your paperwork for your goods please enclose your full name, address, order number & reason for returning goods. All goods returned must be sent via a trackable, insured service. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
RETURN CONDITIONS?
All items must be in original packaging complete with tags & any accessories. Please make sure item(s) is well packed we cannot be help at fault for any damaged items. Please ensure all returned are sent via a tracked recorded delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. If returning from outside the UK please mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. TET Clothing will not be held responsible for any charges incurred. Any item(s) returned will be at the cost of the customer.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND / EXCHANGE TAKE?
We aim to refund returns within 48-72 hours after receiving goods. Before refunding said item(s) they will be inspected thoroughly to make sure they match our returns criteria. Depending on your card issuer your refund should be with you within 2-5 days. If you are exchanging goods and providing your item is in stock you should receive return item within 3 days.
